Was able to find our bookclub book, in hardcover, and what a deal!
Books arrived promptly and I excellent shape. Couldn't beat the price!

I was a little surprised by the price of the book I wanted as other places it was as much as $20-30. It arrived when they said it would (3 days), and it only cost $10 ($5 for the book, $5 for shipping)

After getting the hang of searching for specific authors or titles the selection process became a breeze.
Getting the computer to accept my address and shipping address as the same person was confusing and frustrating, fortunately an email the next day facilitated the ordering process, I had given up for the initial try.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the order that I received from Book Outlets. My order arrived well packaged and the books were amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon. If you are interested in this company or any of their products please dont hesitate to give them a try.

The only think I want to point out was the packing was not taped up. Surprised my books did not fall out during transport, although I don"t know if there was a packing slip in the package or not. This possibly fell out if there was one. Don"t really like my personal info being strewn about for anybody to see.
Might need someone double checking packages before shipping.

It always impressed how fast the delivery is. Only small challenge is that there is so much inventory it is sometimes hard to navigate the website. But I got the books on my wishlist! And Christmas presents.

I found BookOutlet.ca after a quick search for my next book club selection, and pleasantly surprised by the pricing, I decided to check if they had more books from my wish list and by my favourite authors. They had such a great selection I placed my first order for 8 books! They arrived in great shape, in under a week, straight to my front door! I have already recommended this site to several friends and I know this will not be my last purchase from them.

Found an out of print book, delivered within 2 business days. Great experience.

I got a box of books I didn't order. Last year they sent me an empty box. After calling customer services I re-ordered what was still in stock, but the best ones were not available. Did they ever have these books? Also - for some reason the boxes always arrive beaten up and this time I still was shorted a book. Not sure what's up, but I probably won't order again.

While I did have to wait nearly a month for my order due to it being lost in transit the first time it was sent, the customer service I received when I needed it was top tier. I was offered several options and able to pick the one that worked best for me.

I got 15 books for 65$ (including tax and shipping) Get the deals! Are they perfect books? No. Are some of them in bad shape? Yes. But on 15 books 1 was in real bad condition and 5 so perfect I don't know why they weren't on shelves. Other wise they all add a little something, little black dot, folded corner, finger prints, but nothing worth not taking the deal when it's more than 50% off! I will order again, loved my experience
