While I love shopping at Book Outlet for their prices and pretty good selection and fast delivery speed... I wish their shipping boxes were packed better - or maybe with recyclable paper put in to help with the books moving around and banged up edges.

I've ordered books twice and one or more books were cancelled before I received them. Disappointed because most often it is the book or books I was looking forward to. The inventory system needs to update faster so what is order is in stock. Staff are very helpful when calling.

I ordered 10 books and gifted them to the members of my book club. The books and prices are fantastic. And, the were delivered right to me. I will definitely be ordering again and again!

Our first order came in exactly as ordered.
Our second order was totally wrong. I had ordered 2 puzzles and 4 books, I received only 2 books that I had not ordered and no puzzles.
I called customers service, they were wonderful. Our order was placed again at no charge and no shipping fee. When the order was correctly received last week there was also a book inside that I had not ordered. As the prices are so much better than anywhere else and customer service is wonderfully helpful, I will be ordering from them again.

I Love bookoutlet, I find myself buying from them almost every month. You can find bargain books at discounted prices and they give reward points towards new purchases. Books come packaged well, most times books are marked with a black dot or line (not on the cover) but sometimes you get unmarked ones too so it's always a pleasant surprise! Some have cosmetic wear as well but inside it's almost always pristine. I can't speak on the novels bc I mostly buy children's books and hardcover books but I've been satisfied every time! Thanks bookoutlet for helping my family build our library collection without having to pay full price!

After a mailing mistake at the factory resulted in getting someone else's order, the company went out of their way to correct the error. This included refunding the cost and replacing the books. Outstanding service in today's shopping environment. I fully recommend this company.

I just received another order of books from Book Outlet. While the site doesn't have everything, they have a surprisingly great selection of books at very deep discounts. Shipping is quick, and the books are exactly as described. As a reader, I couldn't be happier.

I am a BIG fan of Book Outlet. I've ordered four times now and am very happy with everything ordered. Prices are so good. Selection is good as well. I am recommending Book Outlet to every book lover I know. And look forward to ordering again in the future. My only problem is trying not to spend too much at once.
