Quick, inexpensive and books were better than I thought (Large board books)

This site is literally unheard of in Canada… books are at least 50% off list price and FREE SHIPPING over $45! I have ordered hundreds of books and will be ordering hundreds more! OH! And there's always a sale

Book Outlet has a great selection of books at excellent prices. My books were well packaged and they came in excellent condition. I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this website…now I'm a loyal costumer.

I am a regular customer and have always found Book Outlet to have prompt delivery, good service and fair prices; however, my last order was received with entirely different books than I had ordered, and obviously was a mistaken shipping; they offered to re-ship, which I am still awaiting, and one of the books I had previously ordered, was no longer in stock; this was a terrible experience and hope they will do better next time...

Good books for affordable prices. Would be great to see French books for kids ages 7-11, as they are often required to read French books daily as part of their curriculum.

The books are a great price, maybe not in perfect condition some of them, but they are a great price and are meant to be read and not collected in my opinion. Now if only you had an alert that said "hey dumbass, you already bought that one, it's in the mail"!

Book Outlet is a great source of discounted books. Items arrive well packaged and in a timely manner. The one time a book came damaged, I contacted the company and a replacemnent was sent right away. Highly recommended!

My first order was very reasonably priced and was delivered quickly, but a few books had some damage to their cover (a rip to one and a dent to another) but overall in decent enough condition (with minor repairs) to put into circulation in my library.

My package had been opened after the order had been filled and an incorrect title inserted. I am very pleased that your customer service people corrected the mistake and have sent me the missing title. I am very pleased with that but still annoyed that somebody in your shipping department chose to open the package from the bottom and then inserted an incorrect replacement title but I will get over it.

Price reasonable, merchandise arrived in good condition, it would be even better if the threshold for shipping fees is not as high.
