This was awesome, cheap books and fast shipping And wonderful book quality.

My shipping address was my work address. The courier company delivered the package to my work but after hours when the doors were locked. He/she left it outside the front entrance doors. Anyone could have taken the package or it could have been destroyed by the rain. It was dropped off late Friday evening and the business did not open again until Monday. I had to travel 30 minutes into town to get the package. The courier should have kept it and delivered it on Monday during regular business hours like every other courier company.

Hello. I received a partial order. Have not received the rest of my order. Wa an never sent an email explaining I wouldn't be getting my total order. I have placed a ticket which had goo do response time. However I still don't have resolution.

Everything is significantly cheaper then places like amazon and chapters. The books are new, and in good condition. Shipping is cheap, or free if you buy over 45$. Should always check this website first when looking for a book.

Books were very poorly packed and rubbed against one another during shipping, causing damage. Another book had been damaged before shipping by someone ripping off the price sticker. This was my first and last order with Book Outlet.

Make this your first stop when looking for books. They have an incredible inventory and books are sold for fabulous prices. Plus shipping costs are LOW.

Mine was an order of 7 books & 1 desk calendar. All items were packaged well & delivered in a timely manner (& right to my door, which is a bonus). The Christmas stories of Charles $#*!ens (hard cover) was a book that slides into a sturdy outer protective housing that protects the book. While the book inside is pristine, unfortunately that book protector has rips on it (4 small), the bottom corners of it show wear & there is a slice (from a knife?) indented on the back of this protector (about the length of my baby finger). This is a Christmas gift for a friend. I will try to repair the tears somehow & hope the receiver doesn't mind the "knife gash" on the back. But, at least the book inside is undamaged. That is why I gave "3" stars.
Overall, it is an honest business & they have good prices & incentives. A quality control oversight, I think.
