I had the most pathetic experience of my lifetime dealing with these bunch of jokers... I had a BMF multicurrency Forex card which i had issued from India while travelling to Canada. I wanted to reload this card since i needed some more funds - I processed it online & instantly paid the full amount. After the whole transaction these people inform me that i am not eligible to reload my card due to some govt. Guidelines - which i completely agree and respect. AND this is where my ordeal starts - no communication on refund process or status. A cartoon named Ashish Rawat had no idea whatsoever about the process (which is completely fine but at least be courteous enough to escalate the matter) - thankfully it is done after 13 days of cancelling the order.
Current status: I haven't yet received my refund even after 18 days of order cancellation & in the process there have been 2 false commitments in written (& of course multiple false commitments over the phone).
I would highly recommend to go for some professional organization for FOREX and not some bunch of morons who will take you for a never ending long ride...

Thanks to Mr Basant Kumar who had called me for suitable time to deliver forex card and extended his helping hand to deliver the same at my convenient place. It was his cooperation which made the receiving of forex card within 24 hours of ordering easy, comfortable and cheerful.
