My card still not activated after 36 hours. Still following up. Not sure will be able to use there exchange rate which they are aggressive about

In the month of April 2019, i had requested bookmyforex to upload my forex card by $2000 & they have uploaded $ 1927, which is $ 73. I have been following up with the customer department & till date they have not credited the $73 back to my card. They don't seem to keep up the contract of their commitment.

I really love reading books and the last book I ordered here was Three Comrades
I waited for it for very long so the one disadvantage of this service is that the shipping of books smtimes takes a lot of time, but everything else is quite good)

Tarun was in touch with me about delivery of card from the beginning. Customer care was helpful too. Tarun confirmed that he will be delivering the card to me at my chosen time. Smooth process.

The delivery guy (Mr. Gaurav Gupta) was quite responsive and punctual. The whole team is really good as they keep a constant touch and ensure that things are happening smoothly.

I ordered 3000 cad in cash and was so happy with their rates and services that I decided to take a forex card as well which was delivered in 15 mins once I did the payment and card got activated within 24 hours. I would definately use your services from canada now.

I booked some cash. "Kajal " was wonderful and handled things properly and dispite having a break next day, she did mange to delivery the currency as promised anyhow.
