I would fall short of words to write how disgusting Bookmyforex is. They are completely mismanaged (this word is understated) and cannot be trusted one bit when it comes to using their services. I had booked an order for remittance of univ fees from bookmyforex. Before booking my order i had informed them about the urgency of the transaction & that my son was at the risk of loosing the admission if they did not do it in 3 days. They had assured me that they would do the needful on priority and in a day's time. They had promised to provide me with the SWIFT Copy of the transaction in 1 working day. Unfortunately, neither did they provide the SWIFT copy in 3 days, they started passing the buck to RBL (Ratnakar Bank which is equally pathetic), their channel partner. They even stopped communication once the transaction got delayed and I had to initiate another Transaction through another vendor who was able to provide SWIFT copy in flat 1 day. YOU JUST CANNOT TRUST THESE BOOKMYFOREX SALES EXEI NOT ONLY SUFFERED HUGE STRESS AND AGONY BUT A FINANCIAL LOSS OF ALMOST 15k. THEY ARE JUST TOO PATHETIC. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM A BIT. NEITHER THEIR SUPPORT CENTER SUPPORTS NOR THEIR HELPLINE IS OF ANY HELP. THEY ARE BIGBEST CON-GUYS

This is regarding my order placed with Bookmyforex with order id BMF******* for loading the CCY card. The money was transferred to them and they are just harrassing me by never loading the card. I am in a foreign country with no card. OI relied on their serviced but they are a fraudulent company.

This is a fraud company waiting for an opportunity to grab people's money in the name of refundable deposit. They collect 2% refundable deposit upfront with a clear intent of not returning it. I placed an order for wire transfer to USD, for which they collected 4K as refundable deposit. Their cancelation policy is shrouded in mystery and not at all clear. Since I was getting a much better rate elsewhere, I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of placing the order, but they did not give the 4K refundable deposit back since they say 4K is the cancelation charge. I'm sure they wouldn't have even started processing the order within 10 minutes of placing the order, but they said they will not return the refundable deposit. Not sure how many people they are looting everyday with their cunning tactics. This is a totally unethical and fraud company. Please stay away from this company and go for some professionally run ethical company for your needs.

Hi, I would like to bring to notice that I booked currency and got a call from agent that if I make payment before 1pm, currency would be delivered on the same day. However, it's a failure on BookmyForex and their agency partner who are not committed to their commitment and give false promises to customers and get the payment done so that customers does not book with any other agency to purchase currency. This is really not the way to business.

There is no way I am letting these people scam any more people. They got a deposit of my $******* via bitcoin and claimed it never reflected on their end. There was no way I could prove they actually received that payment, till Fortsolution. Tech took it upon themselves to step in and pave the way for the repayment of my already lost money. ForexTB is not what they claim to be.

Few months ago I invested in this company and I have been trying to pull my money out and it was quite a big amount of money but all my effort trying to get my money off this account looks so in vain, Not until saw a Legal entity who advocate for financial cases like this. They took it up for me and help me recover all my loss.

Card stops working after few days. Transactions gets declined although there is sufficient credit. Customer care No - just one - keep holding for several minutes - there is no response - you give up holding.

It's been 12days now and I have not received my transfer yet. The customer service representative who is incharge rejects my calls. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use bookmyforex for wire transfer. Pay a little more to a bank and get it done smoothly instead. I had initiated in December 2021. Its January 2022 now I'll be charged for my transfer in the incoming bank just because of the delay from book my forex's side.

Their remittance process is not transparent at all and their are charges which the site doesnt show.

I had got a DD issued through BookMyForex. Right from issuing it to delivering it to me, they created massive confusion and delayed the entire process. I received the DD just in time before my travel. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was unable to travel and wanted to cancel my DD. They really harassed me during the DD cancellation priocess withour proper service and finally made me deal with their third party vendor FCM travels.The service is horrible and the executives are incompetent. Please don't go through BookMyForex, rather go via any bank directly for issuing DD.

I have been Buying currency from BookMyForex for last 2 years and till now no complaints. Honestly, it gives me immense pleasure to share my views here. Thanks to their support executive Ms. Shivani Sharma, She helped me a lot in my transaction, while its a issue related to payment and documents. Detailed explanation over a single call very patiently, had made everything so hassle free and truly commendable. Great services only lead such experinces. Again Thanks to you and your entire team.
