I picked a room with a rate that was changeable and cancellable. After reviewing the confirmation the next day I only had till "Saturday, June 24,2023 12:00 AM (Beijing Time) From 2023-06-24 will be charged". Unfortunately I was informed that my trip needed to be postponed but it is to late to cancel. I will be charged the full amount.

I booked through their website, when I got to the hotel they had no room for me. I call they're number, the lady was nice and canceled my "reservation" and released my funds. I had ro look for new accomodation, which was hard on a Saturday in downtown Cincinnati.
Quick and easy to book a hotel on short notice; I have used other sites that promised lower rates, but thhose were difficult to get a response from.
I booking a room useing there web site,they send me email that they will send confirmation code to my reservation during two hourse,but they didn't send any things,I contact them and they send me email,two day after to inform me that there is no reservation,also they charge my credet cards,I contact them again to refund me It was very bad experians.

When I checked in, I was surprised by the extra rules posted. One that I had not seen before, was that they would charge an extra $20 if you did not check out by 11 AM and/or did not wait after check out for them to check the room. If you did not do this, they charged another $20.

We were taken aback since the entire building appeared to be a construction and renovation zone! The first room that we were given had no AC and we called front desk and were given a different room. This time the toilet flush drain didn't work. We called the front desk and they were planning to have someone attend to it -as we were getting ready to go out. After the toilet got fixed, it was still a sluggish drain. The hotel and BookingsBargain should have advised us that the property was undergoing renovation and to expect such - so that we could have opted to stay elsewhere.
Good price for that room. This site has the best prices
Staff was nice and friendly. Room had dirt along base boards, the bed was a cheap and thin coil spring mattress. It felt so bad to sleep in, I hardly slept all night. The wall mount AC barely got cold so the room was nice and hot till around 2am where it finally cooled off. The hot water heater seems to be shared with another room. So I got cold water while they where using it.
I wouldn't stay again.
Next time I do an overnight trip I will head there first, check in and park. It was friendly and clean.
Room was clean, perfect if you need something quick
Good prices and easy to book. This is my first time using BookingBargains. I recommend using them.
