Front desk very pleasant when I called requesting a downstairs room near pool. Upon arrival hours later was also very pleasant. Breakfast was great; everything from oatmeal, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, sausages, waffles, breads, bagels, muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk.

Glad to get a better rate and easier way to book a stay on our trip.

It was a very good experience but while booking I was never able to select the child part for the room information.

Back on Saturday 6/11/22. I made a reservation for one night at Indigo Los Angeles Hotels at around 10pm for the same night for $339. I just need it a place to sleep, because the next day I was taking an early flight. Got confirmation and everything from Booking bargains. When I arrived to the hotel around midnight they did not have my reservation. I called Booking Bargains and i was told the Hotel Reservation dpt was closed. By this time it was already past midnight. The hotel was full and i was not able to get a room there. So i have to drive around and get a room at another hotel for around $400. The next day i checked out of this other hotel and travel all day to the east coast. I called, on Monday to complaint. But they said, there was nothing they can do. I should had that night from that hotel. I told them I did, but your Hotel dpt was closed. Their replied was that they did everything on their part and got a confirmation from the hotel my room was going to be ready, so their job was done. If there was an issue I should have solved it with them that same night. I was like "again your hotel reservation was closed, i was not able to speak with anyone". My one night in Los angeles was for about $739 dollars, what a bargain! Never again with Booking Bargains.

Easy to navigate and book room. Have already told friends and family that it's a great way to save money.
