You put a family of 4 into a room with 1 twin bed and no couch or anything. This was completely unacceptable and will never book with you again!

Exactly what I expected for that price.

Although there was a sort of sofa with a cover on top that did not look clean, and there were holes in the carpet.

On the positives, the bathroom and bed were fine and free Wi-fi without time limitations.
