It has been over a month now and still haven't received my refund from them! The reservation was cancelled and told me my money will be back on my card 7 to 10 days didn't receive it... Called back they told me 3 to 7 days and still haven't received it. Called back again and they told me 3 to 5 days still haven't received my money... I have called this company SOOO MANY TIMES about my refund and still haven't got it... reservation was made for September 25 check out on the 26... THIS PLACE IS BOGUS AND I WANT MY MONEY! I HAVE BEEN REALLY PATIENT WITH YOU GUYS AND YOU'RE STILL MESSING AROUND AND NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY SO NOW I'M BELIEVING THAT YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY I NEED MY MONEY NOW AND I MEAN NOW JUST AS FAST AS YOU GUYS TOOK IT I NEED TO PUT BACK ON MY CARD THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE
