They took my money and never responded to the customer service number in the website. The dress never arrived and I don't have any other contact than the email. All the bla, bla, bla in the website is like a paper that can hold everything that you write on it, but I can tell from my personal experience that I don't recommend it to anyone and of course I'll never buy anything from them!
I purchased a beautiful dress and wondered why it took so long to receive. I went back on-line only to find that it was delivered to the wrong address and state! I have reached out several times and had no reply or solution to my order. I am not sure what my next step will be.
This has got to be one of the absolute worst companies I've ever dealt with. I never received my items. They were delivered to the wrong address. I have contacted them numerous times but now they are ignoring me. I still have yet to receive a refund. Stay away from bonboho! They will just take your money!
Do not, I repeat order anything from them. I ordered a white dress for my wedding reception and received an ugly tan pants suit. They will only give me a refund if I pay for shipping. It was there mistake.
I made an order on December. My package never arrived so i talked to the customer service. They answered weeks after saying the package had been shipped, i asked for the tracking number to confirm and they shipped it to the wrong adrress so i asked to send it again. After weeks of me sending emails they replied saying they were going to check the situation with the post office. After more weeks waiting they said they would reship it again until today, i have been waiting for my Package. My e-mails are not even received anymore, it pathetic im embarassed for this store online. This never happened to me before. So they keep my money but dont send the Package that is STEALING! Ridiculous, i give zero stars.
I had order a pool vaccumm for 75.00 and I decided to check and see the website, my gut told me something is not right, then I read some peoples comments and was not good. I decided to call PayPal since I payed with that, I told them the website its a scam right away they stop the money and I was blessed I got my money back! Please be careful with this type of website that there no good!
I never received my order. They shipped the wrong item. They refuse to send me what I ordered. I have to pay overseas fees to send back the item in they mistakenly sent me in order to receive a refund or receive my original order. This will cost me double the amount of my order. 1 month later and 57 emails no resolution. They quit responding.
My experience was excellent i'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I was concerned when I purchased too so I messaged someone on instagram who was posted on their website pics, and I asked her if her experience was good and she said yes but that she only ordered swimsuits. I ordered my wedding dress form them and it came in 3 weeks time and I WAS SO HAPPY! It was a great fit, and I am so glad I went with my gut and ordered it, I had a great experience please feel free to ask me any questions about my experience. The customer service email was responsive and they reached out in a timely fashion, happy new years for 2020 everyone!
The jewelry was ok and $6.99 fair priced however, the dress slip was tiny and not the same measurement as the dress, the second dress, a dark blue dress, the WHITE lining rolled out at the sleeveless edges and neck. It looks aweful.
Understand, It is VERY EXPENSIVE TO RETURN SHIP TO CHINA FROM THE U.S., BONBOHO DOES NOT PAY IT.
I would just like to say, Thank you, your company has ALWAYS sent me the goods I have ordered, and of top quality, There are A LOT of online companies out there now, who send CHEAP knock offs, if they even send them, You guys ROCK! Thank you
I got my package in 3 weeks, and the dress is exactly like in the picture. Maxi dress v nek, green color! I have been so impatient to get it, dreaming how is look, and finally i got it, exactly how i imagine! Thank you!
This is a company that changes names every few months, like chicboho, it is the same website different name, crappy clothing, don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service! I could not get in touch with anyone regarding the date of shipping until I sent a message that i wanted to cancel my order and disputed the charges. I then got a message that it was already sent. I did not get until 2 weeks later after the message that it was shipped. Unable to track. Items were cheap looking and not as advertised. I decided not to return items because I do not want to deal with them anymore. I will take my losses.
I am very satisfied, I ordered a cardigan, which I've got after three weeks. Very nice and patient staff as I was full of doubts and had millions of questions, always answered in full. I can recommend them. Will come back soon, lots of fantastic clothes, I am addicted. Thank you.
They sent me a cheap horrible dress, 0 quality that I can't even wear it in my house. The necklace and the earrings are also the same quality, I cannot ever wear them. I have paid 50 for nothing and all I can say is that if you're thinking to buy from them, you will definitely regret in thr end.
The positive reviews are made by their employees, do not trust them.
Have now purchased 2 fabulous pairs of boots. Left and RHS of pic) One pair late to receive and customer service excellent - the boots very well made and fit is perfect.
The jewellery is also excellent value and will be purchasing more in the near future. Can't keep away from this website!
From boots with holes in them, sweaters with arms several inches to short, sweaters that smell like petroleum and a hand bag that is obviously plastic and smaller than advertised. They won't let me return and offer me $25 to keep the almost $160 worth of cheap. The original shopping took over a month because they were at a Chinese festival. I tried to cancel them but they insisted on shipping.
AVOID this place!
They sent a damaged dress (I paid $35 for the dress and $4 for shipping from China to the US). When I requested the address to initiate a return, they said that due to the expensive shipping costs from the US to China, it would be better for me if I just "saw off" the damaged part of the dress and they would give me $5. I told them I paid $35 and couldn't wear the dress, so I wanted a full refund. The "manager" offered me $10, and would not budge.
The products are poor quality and trying for a refund is pointless with this company. If you see them advertising, please advise others against buying (I'm pretty sure they blocked me from posting on their sponsored ads).
This company is a scam. Read the real reviews before sending them a penny. IF you get your items, they are cheap and fall apart. You will not be able to return your items as they will only offer you $20 and then will eventually say your items have been destroyed so they can sell them again.
