A Leader in Travel

I use BoltBus on the East Coast route. It is a standout among the new lines of bus services - great fares; clean, clean, clean buses, drivers who show professionalism & give customer care, and, always on time destination departures/arrivals, Wi-Fi, & power outlets.

Focus is only providing quality travel experience for the hours needed to get customers to locations. A huge part of that experience is the space: not over-packed or feel you're in a cattle car!

Used the Bolt Bus to get between NYC and Boston. Overall, a good experience. The website is easy and straight forward to use. Just buy your ticket online and then show them a confirmation e-mail or text. The bus is comfortable, as far as charter buses go: Wifi, comfy seats, cup holder, reclining chairs and foot rest. My round trip arrived on time both ways - although I have heard that they can be up to 30 mins late if there is traffic. Also, during the weekends, seats do tend to sell out, so make sure you buy in advance. They also have "bolt for a buck" - which are one dollar tickets if you buy far enough in advance and the specific time, which varies. Otherwise tickets are $15-25 each way, depending on the time and how close to the date you buy the tickets.
