Some of their belly button rings are a little cheap and I happened to find one that I really liked that came broken;( so I emailed them and they were super fast at responding and sent me a replacement which again happened to come broken so I sent them yet another email, asked for a refund or to exchange it for one that was the same price. Again they got back super quick asking which other ring I would like! Love ordering from this website and will continue to do so! Most of their products are amazing quality and on the cheaper side and you are also able to find many coupons to save even more!
I love this site, and will continue to use it! Everything ships so fast! Standard shipping says 2-7 days, but I have always gotten my stuff within 1 or 2 days! Good quality stuff too, and pretty much have any jewlery in all different price ranges!
I was really attracted to the jewelry when I saw it online and excited to receive my parcel from body candy but their services are not loyal to customers beyond the American borders which is a shame after someone sacrificed their last dime to get what they want. Its now 3 months my parcel not delivered since 19 February 2018 and their excuse was that anything out of our stores is now USPS responsibility and their so comfortable with it and I asked for refund since I had paid through PayPal and they refused saying hold on your parcel will come. I am really disappointed with your services. And just Incase u think I am lying please check your records for my order under BC *******. I have communicated with these guys through email, Kelli 21 March, Alex 22 March and Tiffany 5 March. Please be good to all customers and if its not eligible to ship in other countries better tell clients the truth even is its $2 its my money I want it back.
There are soooo many type of jewelry to choose from. Sizes, shapes, colors, etc., you name it! It took about 4 days in total to get to my house. Coupons, sales and offers are almost always available. I will be shopping through bodycandy.com again!
I order all my jerwely from here! I have many piercings and don't get jewelry anywhere else. Price and quality and amazing! I did have a ring break, went to contact and wrote a comment about it. All I said was that I had a ring break and asked how I should go about getting a new one. I was thinking they would email me or something with info. But nope, two days later a new one came in the mail! Didn't have to talk to anyone or anything, they just sent it to me no questions asked. I was so impressed! Amazing company!

I bought a pair of sunglasses in August and I have been trying to get a refund from them and nothing yet... WOW what a great customer service... I have received an email from their customer service acknowledging my return and stating I would be refunded but I'm still waiting thanks for nothing...
I placed an order for sunglasses back in August and never got them. I've tried contacting them several times and keep getting the same standard email back. At this point I'd just cancel my order if I could figure out how to.
If you order a specialty item from them, just know that it will take up to 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. I placed an order last Monday (11/20) and it remains unfulfilled. They are also based out of China, not California which may explain why certain items take much longer than others. If I do not receive my items or a tracking number by 11/30, I will be filing a fraud claim with my bank.
This site has AMAZING jewelry! I just now heard about the site about a month ago and Im already on my fourth purchase... Body candy is a co claiming to be in California, but actually from China. They always have excuses for taking your money and no product. Stay as far away from them as you can. Their whole operation is a scam. They claim to sell sunglasses. I found
There has to be 2 companies w/ similar names or something because I have done some digging when I went looking for reviews for "Body Candy Jewelry" & they have never sold sun glasses. So whomever wrote a bad review for sun glasses you should make sure it's the right company. Just saying... because what you just did is defamation of character! Killer law suites
They took my money, but I never got my sunglasses. Don't answer the phone. They send a stock email saying everything is fine. Do not trust them. Stay away.
Every one is correct they will take your money and run. They might send you half product saying we will follow up on your original request. 'That never happened". They flood your inbox with new offers. That to is phony---You cannot get in touch with them no matter which route you take. They costs me a lot of money.'Somethings has to be done with these crooks--ASAP'
All my body jelewery has came on time, and exactly what I've ordered. I have never had problems placing orders with them. Unroll now can't seem to be able to order any more from their sites

They are so amazing & really fast! The negative comments about sunglasses are not true! ALL my stuff came exactly how I liked it within days. They even sent me a little bag to put it in when I take it out of the pack. This is definitely going to be my go to website when I get my two more piercings.
Ordered on June 19 2017 received my glasses on August 1 2017 with a card inside saying sorry for the delay from body candy but I ordered them for mindbodygear.com but I did get my glasses
I received two pairs of tunnels, and three nose rings. Everything was exactly what I expected and was even delieved a day early! There's quite a few reviews saying it's a scam but I can tell you that is untrue. I will be ordering more jewelry in the future.
