I have ordered from here a few times for various items like belly button rings and a few different types of ear piercing jewelry. Normally everything comes on time as far as shipping. But the pieces end up being cheap and ridiculous looking (not matching picture). For example i ordered a cartilage butterfly earring that dangled and the butterfly that dangled took up almost a 1/3 of my ear! Not cute. The belly button rings break easily (tried a few different materials and kinds). This last time i gave it one more shot since i found a 50 percent off code. I'm still waiting on my package. All my tracking code says is "arriving late". I sent an email that explains that and all i got back is that it says it should be here today. Which is correct! But then underneath that it says "arriving late". No one can give a straight answer so i called. I was told that it might be there in the morning the next business day. Every time there is something wrong. Last time I order from here. I found another great place called Beauty Mark Jewelry.
My package came more late than the shipping date I paid for, missing parts which they would not refund. The jewelry itself was very cheap and would not stay together, don't buy here.
They get you with their deals but in reality the jewlery is NOT worth any price that you pay. I bought a 18g tragus piece for my 3 year old tragus piercing (never had any issues with it before this experience). The shipping was good, got it in 3 days (paid for 2-3 day shipping). I was super happy to find something so dazzling and it instantly fit like a dream. However, it was a damn fight to get the ball screwed on as it was almost as big as the front piece. I have been wearing it for two days and I just took it out. There is pain radiating from my tragus down to my jawline and up to my temple. Luckily I still had my original tragus hoop and it is already feeling better after a good salt bath and antiseptic soap rinse. Never buy from this place, especially if you're highly allergic to metals. Stick it safe and go with the titanium or surgical steel. What a joke of a company. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I ordered a nose ring and paid about $5 extra dollars to have it delivered three business days later. A package arrived TWO business days later and I was impressed that it had come early. Come to find out that the delivered product is completely wrong, I ordered a nose ring, have no idea what I got. A little plastic thing. Anyway, I emailed that day that I had received the wrong item along with a picture and stated that I had paid extra to get it originally the day after I received the incorrect package, and that if I could still receive it by then, all was forgiven! Here I am, THREE days after I emailed about the error, still waiting on my reship! I paid extra and it took longer to get my correct item than my incorrect one! Why wouldn't they rush it if they know I paid and am waiting for it?!?! Bad business. Bad, bad.
I ordered a nose hoop. I took out the paper to measure it and it wasn't my correct size. I've sent email after email and all I've been told is "refer to the sizing paper". I did, I wanted my money back and now, no answer. I also spent $5 on 2-3 day shipping and it took over a week. This business is a joke. I will never shop here again. It was $20 for something I can't even wear.
I ordered a nose ring labeled right nostril for the right side piercing I currently have. They sent me a left side nose ring and refused to replace or refund and insisted multiple times they sent me the correct product. Terrible customer service!
My first order I purchased four septum rings, and half of my order was incorrect. One of the rings had obviously the wrong color gems, which I sent a photograph of and they said that their website pictures are inaccurate, not that they sent the wrong jewelry. The other one was entirely the wrong piece of jewelry, that was not a septum ring and rose gold plated (I cannot wear plated jewelry and ordered specifically unplated stainless steel). When I inquired about this item, they stated that the jewelry I ordered was unavailable, yet they still have it listed for sale on their website and not marked out of stock. They did offer to let me sub out or receive refunds for the incorrect products, and responded quickly, but I definitely would not recommend and I will not be a return customer.
I ordered a pair of nipple barbells that arrived within a week. I'm really happy with them and haven't had any allergic reactions but reading some of these reviews makes me wary of buying more from bodycandy. Just be careful when buying, look to see what metals the jewelry contains and the lengths. I haven't contacted customer service so I can't review anything about that but from my perspective the site is pretty good. My experience was good but then again maybe I was lucky.
I used to order from this site when I was in high school and rediscovered it 11 years later and was excited they still had such great options. I got the shipment quick and love all the pieces I ordered.
I've had never purchased anything from them before and did not know that the shipping would take so long. I've been waiting for my order for three weeks now. I've contacted customer service and they told me that they would send another package since I hadn't received mine yet a whole week after my estimated delivery day. And now the tracking saying my package was suppose to arrive yesterday and all of a sudden I don't have an estimated delivery day. Again. I shop online very often and this has literally never happened to me. I will never purchase anything from there again and I haven't even received the actual product to see the quality yet.
Took nearly a month (shipped May 3, received May 25) to get my jewelry and the quality is awful. I should have seen them shipping with USPS as a red flag, but sadly I didn't heed the warning. Won't repeat the horror story I went through with them as it is long and arduous, but know that I was in contact with the USPS and Body Candy customer service the whole time and both parties are disorganized, inefficient, and unhelpful. Keep in mind it took 22 days for me to receive my package, despite constant emails, phone calls, and in-person visits to the USPS. Furthermore, the turquoise gem fell off a $42 piece and I will have to pay to get it fixed myself as they don't do refunds, for any reason. Disgraceful, will never use these guys again!
Purchased earrings for Mother's Day 2019. I received the earring, which were broken, I immediately contacted Body Candy and the first response I received was I could get a $50 credit, when I said no I wanted a refund since I had to go out and purchase another gift I received a second email stating they wanted a picture and I could only receive a replacement! SO BODY CANDY WHAT IS YOUR POLICY? Do I get a credit? Do I get another par of earrings? How about you refund me the money I spent on a pair of broken earrings! ~~ I purchased the earrings thru paypal and I am hoping paypal will refund me my money ~~ Absolutely disgusted with this company ~~ DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME with this RIP OFF COMPANY ~~ I will keep you posted with my end results
All i can say is don't buy on this site. How many times i ask may package because it takes a month and still not yet received it and ask for refund but they refused all they can do is reshipped.SO GUYS MUCH BETTER FOR YOU TO RESHIPPED MANY TIMES MY PACKAGE THAN TO REFUND. VERY POOR

I had to make an emergency visit to a piercer last night bc my nipple had dried puss inside. She legit had to take the piercing out and squeeze it out. It popped so loud It was scary. And I just did it again and instant relief. I never had a reaction until I got jewelry from them. Now I have a HUGE hole where my nipple ring is because of it. Beware the body candy jewelry.

The usps priority mail shipping said 2-7 days. My package was still "in transit to origin usps facility" by day 3. The usps website says from the origin usps to my address should only take 2 days with the priority mail. It took 6
I ordered the silver twisted barbells a month or two again and they were honestly horrible. Ive had my nipples pierced for two years with no problems and when I put these in it was like the first two months of the healing process all over again having to clean them multiple times a day and on and off pain. This concluded with the jewelry causing my nipples piercings to bleed. So I went into a piercer to have them switched back to the original straight bars to have them tell me the hole had shrunk because of the size and shape of the twisted bars. They were by far the worst nipple jewelry I've ever used and they caused a lot of pain and discomfort. I ended up having to remove one of my nipple piercings. I would absolutely never buy or recommend these to anyone again.
I ordered a belly button ring from this site because their products looked cute. I should have read reviews first. My jewelry came faster than expected and looked good. However after one week of wearing it, the jewelry turned brown and black in some places. After about two weeks my piercing felt really sore. I took out the ring and my piercing was swollen, sore and crusted over. I must have had a bad reaction to it. That has never happened to me in the 10+ years I've had this piercing. I'm just letting it close up now.
So I ordered a bunch of septum rings, one of the rings started to turn brown and the silver coating tarnished away. Another one I ordered got wet and gave off a bad chemical smell and when the wettness dripped onto my lips had a horrible chemical taste. And two broke while trying to put them on. You get what you pay for. Spencer's has cheap enough jelwlery that won't fall apart so easily, smell like chemical, and or turn brown after only wearing it for a day.
As said above, you get what you pay for. Spend your money not with this company. You can get cheap jewelry at better quality else where.
