After nearly 3 months of waiting for my order it has not arrived and they just blame the pandemic for shipping delays trying to reassure me that it's on it's way. Terrible customer service. If I could give less than one star I would.

It was fine. The product I bought was ok looking. It just doesn't really look anything like the picture, and it looks a little cheap. I will probably still buy from here one more time but a diamond nose stud and not a moonstone. I think the diamonds will look a little better. I also wish the stones were bigger.

I would never recommend this business. The prices are great, but I have never had so many issues with buying something online! First, it took them 3 weeks just for my order to be shipped, even though I paid extra for VIP Processing. Then, they sent me a notification that my order had been delivered, even though it hadn't been delivered and still didn't come for 3 more days. And as if that all wasn't stressful and unprofessional enough, once my package finally arrived, the main item I wanted wasn't in it, and instead of contacting me about the item not being available, they decided to send me huge, black, shamrock-shaped ear gauges instead of the tongue ring i ordered and paid for. The whole ordeal was ridiculous and frustrating, then I didn't even get what I ordered. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from BodyCandy.com again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
