I ordered two products in late August. It says it takes about a week or two for it to arrive and let's say it's now September 20. It was supposed to arrive on the 11th. I check to see if it's coming and it says "failed" and returned to sender. I ask for a refund as it has already taken too long and isn't even in my possession and they can't do that. Just go to a jewelry store and pick something out— there will probably be MORE selection and you will HAVE the product in your hands.
Absolutely disappointing. You want to buy yourself something nice to feel pretty and even that is a struggle! Have even talking to Support for days. About to give up because this process is absolutely ridiculous to deal with for just two products!
