I am disappointed as I thought the gem was bigger on 2 of the items I ordered. I am having a very difficult time finding an 18 gauge Labret with a 3 or 4 gem. I spoke to my body piercer and was told to order 18 gauge with a gem that is 3 or 4. I assumed when looking on your site the 3 mm was what I needed. When I received them today, it is not what I thought I was getting.
