My original order was delivered to another address in another city. Online customer service was not to my liking in that they were accusatory and wanted to charge me for replacement. There was some back and forth and an agreement to resend without a cost to me but it was made clear that I was being done a favor. In rechecking the address given, I neglected to provide a city and was told this is why I did not receive the delivery. I own the error. However, this is also why I provided my phone number to be used for any questions or uncertainty. I eventually called and spoke with Eunice who was very nice. She provided excellent customer service and was respectful and understanding. Thank you, Eunice!
