I am pretty sporadic when it comes to buying from them. But honestly, out of the times I have bought from them either the quality of the jewelry is cheap or malfunctioned. Great concepts to the design, but terrible color fading, gem-popping out, or jewelry malfunctions. The latest gripe has been this VIP handling they are advertising. I bought expedited shipping AND VIP processing. This was Sunday Morning, you would think that they would have even attempted to get it to the post office. Absolutely not. They created the label... but did not ship it. This isn't the only time I paid for expedited shipping and they held on to my package. Once they told me "It was because I ordered 14k gold, and that takes at least 2 weeks to process".
I'm now asking for a refund, and go figure it's a bot telling me to track my order. At this point, I just want to deal with another body jewelry supplier. It's too many gambles for a gift-giver like me.
Website is user friendly, checkout was fast and easy, and I love that the items in my cart were still there when I got ready to submit my order.
