I signed up for the $25 off coupon, which came after I made my first purchase. As I didn't see the email, I used the only discount coupon I found on the site. After completing my purchase, I get the email. I inquired about applying the coupon of greater value and was told no. I understand businesses are here to make money, however ignoring an opportunity to keep a repeat customer does just the opposite. Because your products i high quality, I made a second purchase so I could use my coupon. This will probably be my last purchase though. My order hasn't even shipped yet and I've already had a terrible experience.
