The site is easy to shop, but you were unfortunately out of the product I wanted, which are the agate stone plugs. I wanted a refund for it, but was forced to make an exchange on the spot. I suggest taking products out of stock online so that customers are not forced to choose another product. That experience made me upset because Amazon would not cause issues such as this when refunds are requested. Your prices are good, that's why I came here.
