Shipping was decent. Prices were good.only had an issue with a septum ring because I feel as though the product picture is deceiving and does not actually show what the septum ring looks like.

While I was pleased overall with the customer service provided by BodyCandy, I did fail to receive my replacement barbells
They messed up my order but tried to help and got the right order out to me free of charge over all they did amazing with costumer service

Love shopping here but the belly rings where poor quality
The glow in the dark ring does not glow in the dark, and the star ring is rather difficult to open and close. The suspended bead one ended up being too difficult for me to put in because of my motor skill problems, but I really enjoy the hot pink one. I will likely be more cautious when shopping in the future, but my opinion of bodycandy is not yet negative
Good quality on products and they were super pretty when they came in, just like the pictures
Products came quickly and are not damaged great quality haven't been able to wear them yet because I'm still healing
Overall the purchase and shipping was pretty fast and efficient. I received my jewelry cleaned it then changed it out. The lotus flower piercing started swelling my ear if I wore it too long due to me sleeping on it so I eventually took it out but overall I'm excited and pleased with my purchase
