There's no way to cancel order even immediately after it's placed, just an option to email if there's any issues. I emailed because I accidentally chose the wrong size for one of my items and I never heard anything in response and had to place another order for the size I intended to buy.
For the most part really good just kind of lacks when it comes to the bigger belly button rings they're lower quality and a few times the customer service has been $#*! I've been treated almost as a nuisance
