The quality of my products was really bad for what I paid. Most of my items broke in under a week. Some even broke same day, and I couldn't even open one of my eyebrow rings, even with pliers.

Shopping at BodyCandy was a pretty good experience. The website is easy to navigate and they have a huge selection of merchandise. Personally, I like to window shop and it often takes me days of contemplation before coming back to empty my cart, one way or another. It was during this time I received an email offer from BC that was too good to pass up so I went ahead and placed my order. A few days later I saw a BC ad in my fb feed and decided to click it & see what my estimated delivery date would be, but I couldn't find my order. I checked back a few days later and still, no luck. So, I started to question if my order even went through. The money had been taken out of my account so I started to search the BC site for someone I could reach out to and ask about my order but I couldn't easily find a phone number or email address. The next morning I got a text message saying that my order had finally shipped. Since that day I think I have received at least 1 email from them every day... I overall enjoyed my items and can't beat the price but would have preferred more communication during the longer than usual "limbo" and less communication in the 2 months since, ya know?
