I have been ordering jewelry from Body Candy for a couple of years now. The site is very easy to use and streamlines the shopping and purchasing process which I love. In addition, there's communication via email with the shipping and delivery status.
There was one piece of jewelry that I was disappointed with. I was sent a link from Body Candy to please write a review of the product. I noted I was disappointed with it. Within a couple of days, a member of the staff reached out to me to apologize and offer a credit or replacement. She was really friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted my satisfaction. I selected a replacement for the item and it's great :)

Easy to look for things. Shipping to Canada takes a good 4 weeks normally to get to Ontario. Which is annoying. Stuff is packaged quickly, it just gets stuck sitting for weeks on end in New Jersey not moving through the postal system at all. Jewelry is well made. I haven't had any break or tarnish. Prices are decent, i like the discounts.
