It was missing several of the nose rings that I had ordered. Was told they were on back order but never received them at all. This was over a year ago now. Hopefully the customer service has improved.
Jewelry arrived well made. I learned that my nose doesn't like texture on the rings. This time I ordered a smooth ring and I'm sure my nose will appreciate it.
I ordered 2 items. The second item was far too large and hard to apply. Lost the end screw piece in less than 5 minutes of trying to put it on. The jewels on the 3 sided nose ring was much smaller than anticipated. Loved the ease of the clip however just lost it. It came unhooked without my knowledge.

I love body candy, but the delivery is the worst part of ordering. It takes forever to get in but it's so worth it for their quality jewelry!
My previous experience was good. I just don't simply understand why the website has to have so many adds when submitting an order. Yes, it's for more merchandise being sent out in order to have more room on the shelves for better products. But if I want that curtain amount of jewelry, that's all I want - not 20 different questions about asking if I want to add this jewelry to my cart for "free".
I have very sensitive skin so purchasing my jewelry outside of my normal tattoo shop made me nervous but after reading every ones reviews and trying the jewelry myself. I have had no issues!

Don't like one of the nose rings it was heavy and sat strange on my nose
The other was meant to be a set but only received 1 and need the tool to be able to put it on

This is the only place I get my body jewelry. I've bought some other places. When I had a problem the others customer service didn't seem to care about their customers. Body candy on the other hand did me right! Plus they have season quality stuff
