The overall shopping experience was okay. I had an issue with my mailing address which lead me to reach out to their customer service team. After what I thought was a fixed issue (which took less than an hour from my first email to the last on their end) turned into the issue never being resolved. I'm not entirely sure if I'd order from here again because of this minor but very inconvenient first experience.
