If any want get mentally pressurized I will suggest please buy a single product from boat they will give very good and high pressure so anyone gets irritates. If I have an authority to give the best and worst services given by companies to customer end then no doubt I will give the boat a very very worst service in all over the world but anyways I will suggest to that authority persons to deliver this award from my side. The main question is now arriving how this boat company gets no1 brand in our India while real facts are very different.

I bought a boAt Rockerz 600, Blue tooth head phone, in May 2021, After 2 months the mic was not working, I given it for a replacement at service center in HSR Bangalore,

My expectation was that either they repair my product or Replace with a new product.

But as a replacement, I received a used old product, even that was not working,

Again I went to the service center, they mention, I will get a replacement product.

Again I received a replacement product, It also used product.

There are problems with mic on this product,

I stopped using the product, since i got many complaints on voice quality, while attending zoom calls with heat set boAt Rockerz 600,

I really feel I lost 2000 by buying this product, I should have bought a better product
