Do not buy JBL
September 19, 2024

JBL is low quality garbage I've been through multiple headsets that have been replaced under warranty and they just keep breaking and having connectivity issues you can look it up Customer Service put me through a runaround for over a year and a half till they finally asked me to return the product which I can't even find anymore so save yourself a headache don't buy JBL they're not what they used to be

Le site jbl est un très bon site après achat effectué avec un compte la commande reste indéfiniment ce qui permet en cas de défaillance dans l'appareil un renvoie sous garantie ( attention de bien garder les boîte le code de fabrication est notifiée dessus)

Horrible horrible horrible!

Ordered from JBL a charge 5 from JBL website Received a open box item from Amazon. Seals open and item not new. Called JBL. Sent it back via their ups code. Took a week for them to get it Two weeks later and many phone calls with inept customer service...still waiting for the item. I own L100's and other JBL products. No more for me. Done. Idiots!

Liar Customer Service

The agent namex Ykang told me that they will send and email but did not, he even discpnnect me frkm chat without a warning. Very incompitent, I was just asking help to complete my order as I keep getting error but he didn't even help me resolve and pass e to someone, i asked Ykang to email me he said okay but an email never came. I am a JBL fan user but your service was really bad and it sadden me. You should consider hiring a capable people to assist your customers without bad attitude, I also recall Ykang just used all capslock word which makes me feel i am stupid. This so appaling. Until now I am still not able to purchase the JBL Charge 5 to avail for your freegift promo at jblstore.ph :(

Poor service, wouldn't suggest company

Could barely understand customer service man. I bought a warranty for my headphones… one was lost and they will not replace the headphone. Not sure why they have a protection/ warranty plan in place if it doesn't cover lost/ damaged items. Not a company I would suggest buying from.

All Time Favorite

This is one of my brands. I have 2 base speakers from JBL and also have Bluetooth JBL devices such as earphones, headsets. I like the bass quality that JBL provides also the hardware quality is great as compared to other products.

Nothing about the site

Can say nothing about their site or the support as I never used it. But the Charge 2
+ I recently got is just otstanding! Taking into account this is just a portable speaker - the sound is clear and deep, battery life is pretty decent as for performance you get. I recommend!
