The team they have always go above and beyond with any query I've put to them in the last year I've been purchasing from them. In particular I can name Hetty as especially helpful and attentive but every other member of staff I have encountered have also been great. I've just started my own online retailer and if I find staff with their same work ethic I will be very lucky. Well done Bo + Tee you are doing something right! Thank you.

Amazing customer service

I had such great help from Alexandra, Emily C, Emily, and Georgina. I had an issue with one of my orders and they were on it right away! They responded very quickly to my email and were very helpful and fixed it for me without hesitation!

I've ordered from bo and tee before but this time for some reason my student discount didn't apply and I didn't notice, I contacted customer service (on a Sunday too!) and Nikki responded to me quickly and efficiently saying they could just refund me the amount that my discount would've knocked off. All I needed to provide was my order number and student discount code. Alexandra then picked this up and sent me some details regarding the refund. Leigh then sent me over a link to leave some feedback for the amazing team after I insisted I wanted to leave them a great review!

I was so impressed with the service provided. Very quick and efficient along with being super friendly and polite. I sent my query over on Thursday evening and by Friday morning it had been resolved and I had been notified. The response time was incredibly especially considering we are currently in a pandemic and most companies take longer than usual.
Both Sophie and Leigh were really lovely and are an asset to the company.

Their customer service is incredible!
First of all, I've made an mistake of ordering wrong size. I've realised immediately and looked up their website. Their Q&A was helpful that it was easy to find an email to request. After writing them an email, they have responded me just in an hour and kindly changed the size! Amazing! Cannot wait to receive the parcel xx

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour in a top that I ordered from Bo and Tee so I emailed to request a change it to the colour I wanted and one of their customer service representatives answered and followed this request through with no problem at all.
