Getting email to work correctly on Outlook has been an issue. More resources on utilizing Wordpress would be good.

Terrible customer service, i was given fake support emails and when i confronted the next agent they told me they don't exist. I have spent hours sitting on chats waiting for responses just to have the solution barely be solved even though it's been done before. This is on top of having my website deleted by someone as well as all the login issues I have daily.
I'm not one to complain but I have just felt so done with Bluehost lately and it is not the same as it used to be. I'll likely be going somewhere else when possible.

Too many problems with Bluehost. The Bluehost Builder is buggy. It took months before the tech support people admitted it is a beta platform. You do not warn anybody about this anywhere. It takes too long to fix any problem. And apart from tech "support", nobody else will respond to a dissatisfied customer.
Data protection is something you should provide with any service to avoid any legal liability. Other services offer that. And as my business is shrinking, I will have to switch to a provider that doesn't charge for simple automated extras.
Customer service is sub par at best. Not good at all (Knowledge).

Its very hit and miss. I find you are seekign new customers rather than helping current clients. If it is a simple task things are done perfectly, or if I tell you what to do it gets done. But problem solving I find i get fobbed off and sent in circles

Two days ago, I requested technical support. I did not receive a response. I kept waiting for a long time did not receive a response. Unfortunately, this is my last year here. I will look for a other company have better technical support

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
