Took several calls and online chat support to get domain transfered, now the email service I paid for doesnt work. And it took over 2 weeks to get domain transfered and working. I followed the email setup steps but does not work. WIll be contacting support again.
I have had a horrible experience with Bluehost, especially in the past few months. I've even expressed this on quite a few support calls and asked to speak to a Manager. None would return the call. Finally, after 4 or 5 promises of a Manager callback, I called and refused to hang up until I spoke with a Manager. I ended up speaking to Ritz. She helped clear a file backup issue but did not care in the slightest bit about my concerns and complaints regarding your company's horrendous service. I am truly thinking of going back to GoDaddy or some other hosting company.
