I am not a particularly tech savvy person, and I have found Bluehost and Wordpress very hard to use. I have used other sites such as godaddy and bandzoogle in the past and they were much easier for someone like me to use. I hired someone to build the website for my new business instead of doing it myself and they used bluehost. Unfortunately he quit before the job was finished and I was forced to finish it myself. For someone like me who is not really much of a tech person, I found it very hard to navigate. I was able to make a decent website but the whole process was very slow and tedious. My biggest problem was that I had to create a new homepage because I could not figure out how to edit the one he had made in order to finish it. I asked some friends who knew more about this stuff than me and they were stumped. Maybe folks with more experience in this sort of thing can do well here but I will probably move my website to someplace that is easier for me to use at some point.
I love Blue Host. It is easy way to build website without using HTML.

The bluehost platform loads super slow and switching between bluehost and Wordpress is really frustrating. Sometimes it just stays there loading and I have to re-log in. I need to be efficient with time and it is not possible. Overall, the bluehost platform, in my opinion, is buggy.
I was a good customer and I tried a few services other than BH hosting which is the best service Blue Host provides along customer service, but I hired the blue sky services and the web development and was when the nightmare begun. I would never ever will work with your company again... the experience was TERRIBLE... no words can describe what I went through and seems to me that no one cares. But its ok.
Working on things alone and I know I will need some assistance to move forward but thanks for the little side tips coming in to help me along so far tell me what need to go next Slowly I'm getting there I believe

Multiple websites slow, timeout or are not working. Bluehost very a very slow hosting company has become an issue
Nobody answers the phones. The site lock guy told me I had to talk to you guys. You told me I had to talk to them about malware. I just recently was on your web chat I gave up after 5 minutes. I am now on the phone on hold for 5 minutes, no elevator music just complete silence! This is not the way to instill faith in your products!
This word press you suggest to use is so challenging to use unless you are a coder. There are so many issues just to change or add content
So fasr our websites have been down several times as a result of bluehost having problems. Our websites are currently down again, and this time it's been 4 days straight. Being with bluehost has hidden significant costs...
For two months, every time I want to edit my Wordpress sites I cannot log in to wordpress. Each time customer service "solves" it (adding a 90- or 300-minute delay to my simple page edit task), more than once they also brought down my website for a day or longer in the process:-(

Answer: NO - please do not go with Bluehost, it will save you a lot of hassle. They have the worst customer service and take your accounts offline just so you upgrade for more money even though the thresholds were not met. This means they are just running a scam by taking your websites offline and then offering the solution to get them back online by paying more money to them. My websites were down for 6 days and I've lost hundreds of dollars in income, have to pay my developers for all the work they did and NONE of it will be refunded by Bluehost. I migrated everything away from them and they do not even want to refund my sign-up costs. It is a total scam run but incapable and money-grabbing people whereas the CEO of Endurance group Jeff Fox made $10.000.000 in 2019 alone and the CEO of Bluehost Suhaib Zaheer $2.300.000. Be aware you do not get scammed by them, I've warned you. They are an evil company run by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.
