After I had initially designed my website and it was ready to go, the bluehost plugin wasn't compatible with the template we used with secondline themes. As a result, we had to delete the entire website and start over from scratch. Needless to say, it was a waste of time and money.
My overall experience isn't something to complain about, other than the apology for my website being off-line this past weekend for a few hours.
Its response is also slow, even after implementing the suggestions I received for speeding it up.

I spoke with someone yesterday who just didn't seem to comprehend my issue at all, equally importantly, she sent me an email code confirmation after I validated my token with the system, and After she asked me for a new validation token which I provided spending 7 mins just to get validated. Then when she finally heard the issue, she placed me on hold to research so I hung up after waiting 3 mins, I need better support from Bluehost, this is not the first time I've gotten bad customer service.
