Overall I have enjoyed my experience using Bluehost. However, my Wordpress website often does not let me access the homepage and quite frequently will result in a 522 Error, which prevents me from viewing the website at all. It would be great if it was more reliable.

Created wordpress site with Temporary Domain.
Transferred domain to bluehost and was told I had purchased the wrong account and could not attach the domain.
Called back and was told all that was needed was to rename the temorary domain.
Rename completed and my wordpress site broke. Spent several 8hr days on phone with Tech support trying to get it fixed.
Site is now extremely slow.
I am also unable to purchase Google G-Suite. Put in a request and it has been elevated for days with no answer

I am old and wordpress is not simple for me. My husband wanted a custom website and it is somewhat difficult to maintain.
Customer service has a real hard time understanding questions.

Email service has been terribly spotty. Service techs are friendly & appear to be helpful in the moment. However, the issues are never resolved. My account currently has multiple spf, DMARC, MX, and DNS record issues. These are not settings that I have ever changed, so they must be inherent in the service. Opening yet another tech support tickets. One last chance before I switch to Google...

I am having lots of problems with SSL certification. SSL plugins for wordpress that should work do not cooperate with my server.
The UI and UX aren't always friendly, but if I keep poking and digging, I can eventually find and access tools and information I need. 5 star for resources, 3 star for the experience - so 4 stars overall...
