Tech support rep wouldn't listen to my problem. I explained 5 times that I was having an SSL issue but they kept recharacterizing it as if I wanted to change the main domain on my account and talked overtop of me when I tried to correct their misunderstanding of the situation.

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Misleading in pricing... expecting monthly payments not one bulk payment. Not user friendly at all for a new person. Customer Service is rude and condescending. Took a week to fix errors on my account and they still didn't get it done. I did get a full refund of everything I paid for. I do not recommend Bluehost. There are plenty of other similar and cheaper companies to deal with.
