I am getting too many messages and experiences "Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue" the site is slow and it appears that Bluehost is not being diligent enough with recognising the potential errors with plugin updates. You have a duty of care that does not seem to be recognised.

I have had your service since August 2021 and I still do not have my website live because I do not know Wordpess and I have had no luck getting help on getting my website up. I have tried learning what to do but I do not understand all these plugins and need some kind of help. I call for help and no one can help me unless I pay.
