I am not a webmaster by any means. I was able to navigate transferring a WordPress site, emails, and domain from another host over to Bluehost very easily. Customer service is very responsive and the migration team was efficient, despite my preemptive transfer of our domain before they were finished!

TOOK LONG TIME TO REVIEW AND UNDERSTAND MY REQUEST AND ISSUES. Very simple, the divisor line I chose the system never updated in production when I move it to published changes. I had to reach multiple times and still not fixed.

Met Expectations

I was looking for a fast, reliable and cost effective hosting site for some of my clients and Bluehost has met or exceeded my expectations. The initial configuration was very simple, compared to so many others I've been using, so it's a sight of relief that I didn't have to sort through tons of documentation in order to get my test site up and running. It's still early, but my experience has been very good.
