After a very frustrating day with your company yesterday, I was about to cancel. This morning I decided to give it one more chance and I got Nino on the phone. He was patient and knowledgeable and was able to walk me through how to set up my email address on outlook. Nino, is a keeper, in fact I would recommend him to be promoted to trainer but afraid to do so as I may lose the best tech that you have.

I needed some tweaking to my website and Kiana was my team member. She was most helpful and knowledgeable. Without lot of explaining, the understood what I needed tweaked and completed it with few questions and soon I was refreshing the site to see the changes.

All my attempts to log into WordPress from Bluehost just time out. My.bluehost.com times out, WordPress from your site times out. Literally 1 day after buying a domain and trying to build a website with Bluehost and I can not do anything. Constant 522 time out errors. I feel like I just wasted money.

Totally confusing site with little to no clear map of where anything is. Why not tell users first there's a 3 tier staging and publishing system? Why not put things in a logical order in a single place, and why inundate new users with so many annoying ads for services, upgrades, add-ons, and purchase opportunities before we can even start to set up a site?

Great customer service

I needed to transfer a domain from a music platform — which proved quite tricky. The Bluehost customer representative dug into the causes for the problems, sorted them out, and by the end of the conversation, the domain was into my Bluehost acount.

I've had two situations in the last week that happened because of my own actions. Both times I called the representative was very helpful and solved my problem quickly. It's very nice to be able to actually talk to someone relatively quickly and the primary reason I have bought my hosting with blue host.
