In any business there will be a time where you will pick up the phone or email with a question. This company doesn't believe in that. They do answer the phone but they do not do anything to understand your needs/requests. I signed up with them only to find out their speed does not suffice my needs. I called to cancel 2 month later and was told no proration. Don't know if its even legal (doesn't matter they state this to you or not). I frankly don't remember reading anything like this, but what does matter is that person on the phone kept reading the same line every time I asked her this question. When I said can you ask a supervisor, she re-read their policy. I mean almost felt like they had a programmed robot. I am all for technology, but this useless approach is not how you win clients. Instead, you could have asked me what speed I needed to make this work and upsold something else. DUMB!

The instructions here are unclear about a number of things, but most especially, when it says "Import your database files. Go to the cPanel" and I look at the sidebar at https://my.bluehost.com/hosting/app#/, nothing about the list of things there says anything about cPanel. I had to guess that it was under "advanced".

AMAZING Customer Service.

One day into my Bluehost experience and I couldn't log in I kept getting a failed message but after calling Blue Host I was assigned an incredible and very patient agent THOUSIF MAHAMED. I'm good at a lot of things certainly computer backend and problem-solving are not some of my strong points. Down the rabbit hole, I went and was fortunate enough to have been assigned this wizard who tried every magic trick to help me and as I faltered over and over again with his instructions and guidance, he was patient and professional throughout. I am certain I was his one-a-day case to talk about and I'm ok with that. All this just solidified my trust in Blue Host and the massive amount of help and resources they provide. Thank You Bluehost you have some incredible people of this generation working for you. I can say our future is secure in their hands.
