My main webpage of my website doesn't display any text-content. I called the phone number for customer service and spoke to a lady who directed that the Technical Support in Arizona would fix the problem. That was 3-days ago, and the problem is still there.
I have used Bluehost for many years. I have never had a problem building and maintaining websites -- until today. I also am having many problems with selecting on items options and having a "try again later" message or an error.
I can't set up email and it appears that you no longer support email. I don't know what that means for the existing domains that I support. I also am unhappy with what it implies for my new website I am creating today.
The platform could be a little bit more user friendly.
After moving my web hosting account to BlueHost, I am sorely disappointed. My web site has not been visible to anyone for 2 months! I have moved the account elsewhere. BlueHost will not refund money after 15 days even though they did not hold up their end of the bargain. Their customer service is abysmal as well. The reason that they gave was that they had "Faulty servers" Not a good indication of a reliable host!
It's been very easy to get started because everything is easy to follow.

My experience thus far hasn't been great. First I had trouble with signing up for a hosting package as the payment gateway you have on this site didn't allow for my payment to go through. Then when contacting the chat, there was no one responding the first time I tried. I tried the next day again, the same thing happened with the payment failure. I contacted chat again, this time there was someone who responded but they were EXTREMELY SLOW to respond to my queries. They finally gave me a different landing page to sign up through, but the amount I paid for the domain and hosting plan was higher than what was previously advertised to me on BlueHost's site and on the previous landing page where I tried to sign up. This is an EXTREMELY BAD user experience and had it not been for a recommendation from a friend to use Bluehost, I would have given up altogether in the first round of trying to sign up and go with another hosting platform.

I don't know what's goin on. MyWordpress isn't loggin in from the Bluehost page, and it was working yesterday so i don't know. It's really pissing me off though, so, yeah not a good time to ask for an opinion
To continue on to word press i keep get an error code.
Cant remove the "http://box5890.temp.domains/" from my domain name/URL. - Plus other annoyances like how difficult it is to navigate on your website.
Everything is so easy to learn and navigate. Great experience
