Having a real difficulty properly moving my domain and e-mail over.
We have paid for migration of our site from our current host to Bluehost and the test link to approve the transfer shows the design to be very broken. We have emailed multiple times and not heard anything back for many days or not gotten a response, and it has been extremely difficult to contact anyone in the Transfer team. I have just sent another email, and chatted with Manjusha (who was very kind) to try and resolve this. Overall though, the experience has not been very quick or easy.

I had to call the help desk twice in the first 2 days I signed up for this service. Both times I had an issue with the help desk people understanding what the problem is. I was assigned a weird username against my wish and I'm unable to update my personal profile info because of an ongoing issue that has no anticipated resolution date. You only get one chance to make a first impression and you blew it.

Keep *******@You've reached the forbidden zone 403@ message. Site editing progress achieved on my iPhone doesn't get synched with my Windows desktop PC. The browser keeps asking me if I'm human every 10 mins. I've never had such problems with my main website on WIX.
Email platform is terrible; it's 2022 - you can't have that kind of mail server.
