I've had issues accessing my web site from the start. I keep getting an error whenever I click on any of the links to customize or update my page. So far, my experience has not been very good.
I expected to recieve a free migration of my website from another host, I feel I have been misled by Bluehost. I am now told I can pay for the migration or do it myself manually. Thank you for those options. I will try & migrate the website manually but if I cannot do it I will cancel my subscription within 30 days

It's extremely hard to build a beautifully looking website and use all the other functions. Things like choosing the size of the boxes should come standard. Choosing the character type. Everything is not intuitive at all. I am very disappointed, i thought your service would have been better. I can't connect it to adsense, i don't find any html section, so this has been a total waste of my money. Extremely unsatisfied.

Bluehost has been one of the least intuitive user experiences of my life. I am an IT professional and find it so incredibly confusing to use. There is an inconsistent experience between web and mobile versions. I just had to go through the site creation process to get to my account's homepage. There was no other way! And there's no logout link/button anywhere. Furthermore, the wordpress interface is also hard to use. I can't believe the internet says this is the best place to run a wordpress site - not for someone who is trying to get started with little learning curve.

The instructions for setting up existing domains are unclear and I am currently in a loop of attempting to add a domain and it constantly loops between two pages rather than going to the next step in the process (without an error message)
Hard to understand, also Word press says I do not have an account after using it several times?
The server can never find me, I have to press submit 3 times with the same username and password to log in and my wordpress always logs into an old wordpress that I had deactivated by bluehost.
It took me several days to even make a purchase on Bluehost because I was met with a ton of error codes. I should have taken that as a warning sign. When my purchase finally went through, my website now has tons of issues. I can't create my website, I can't log into WordPress...I literally can't do any of the things that I'm paying for. When I've reached out to support, they've made me repeat myself over and over and over again, only to leave the issue unresolved.
I am starting out to build my website and I hit the customize button and it loads...and loads...and never does anything...just keeps loading
The site did not allow me to create my own domain name when I chose to do so later.
