Very hard to use, I spent probably four hours trying to open the editor for the website, turns out the theme im using is conflicting with the plugins, and there were no help from bluehost whatsoever. Things are slow and confusing. But I have to admit, bluehost is cheaper.

I keep having problems logging in. It says my credentials are wrong but they're not. I wrote down my login when I created it. When it finally lets me login the actual process of working on the website is so difficult and confusing. This is not the first website I create but it is the first using blue host and I have to say so far it has been a hassle.
I'm excited to get started with my blog, but disappointed that my WordPress name was automatically assigned based on my Bluehost credentials and now I can't change it. The only communication I got from Bluehost was a receipt for my payment. It would have been helpful to receive communication about setting up WordPress on my own accord, not having it automatically assigned.
Bluehost is well known and easy to use, even for me (someone who has little knowledge with building websites). Its a great platform!
