I need help building my site I don't find this to be user friendly
The agents aren't able to 100% solve my issues. The worst one has been when one of the agents told me to wait as they will ask the server end team to send me an email in regards to my issue but they never sent me an email even after 12 hours.

You might get a very fair start if you are a beginner like me. It had WP support which is very important for blog creators. You do not need to write your frontend. However, I would recommend you to rent AWS once you figured out what you needed in your site.
The service is very fast. You paid and you got what you needed. I think it is a little better than GoDaddy. GoDaddy is misleading users to sign up with some incorrect domain. Neither site is coming with unlimited plan like they said in their order.
Been waiting on tech support to respond since I signed up. Nobody has entered the chat. This is ridiculous!

I bought a domain and hosting on Dec 4. I go in and try to upload the pre-built website and find an error where the site goes to an advertising landing page. Apparently domain has been on hold for over a month.
