I waited almost an hour on two occasions to speak with a customer service agent and the reason why I had to speak with someone was that bluehost sent me an email saying my email had been deleted and if it wasn't me (which it wasn't) that I should contact customer service. After wasting over 2 hours sorting it out, it turned out to be an error.

The migration process has not been straighforward "one click" as advertised. My emails have not been replied to and they have not updated me to the status of my website's migration from my former hosting company to Bluehost. When I visit my website it reads that a new website is coming soon. So basically my website is offline and nobody is communicating with me about it. Terrible service so far (five days in).
