This is confusing, and I don't feel like there is enough explanation. I have no experience in web programming.

Then she left me on hold for a half hour, no communication indicating the problem could be solved, one check in then for 20 minutes nothing so I hung up. I should at least get an explanation of what was being done. This was my second attempt, my second long wait and second need for tech support but I got nothing. Two days ago I was told the problem was fixed and my domain would be directed to my site. Case #I-*******
