Getting my site launched with a new URL was a nightmare that took 5 days of calling support to get successfully finished. Hold times for support were always around 15 minutes. This is not the level of support that I was expecting.

Despite being a dedicated premium hosting service, the response is inferior to other wordpress services, and the server frequently goes down.
It's hard to believe this is a premium plan. This service is subject to complaints.

Generally unhappy with the quality of the service over the last few years. Early in our relationship the service and support was fair. I do not have the time to detail what I liked and what went wrong. I will say that in my opinion, Bluehost service did not live up to the reputation that was bestowed on it. In the last 12 months, our site has moved to a multisite network of non-profits utilizing shared resources so no longer require Bluehosts hosting services.
