I have a pro plan with Weebly and I am unable to upload images to my website. Also even though I am logged in with my password that I have had since 2015, when I try to update anything in my profile it says wrong password. Also after over an hour w/ support these issues were not resolved.

Service has gotten worse. Features have been removed. Billing has increased. As soon as I find a more agreeable host I'm moving my domain.

Reduced the space of mail hosting from 500mb to 100mb while increasing the cost. This shrink practice is malicious in nature. And I am actively looking for another hosting service to transfer this domain to.

The user interface is okay, but often glitchy. For example, today enabling 2FA didn't work. I'm sure I will be able to do it later or from a different browser, but it's just annoying.

The new 2 factor never works on the first code so have to wait 5 mins to get a new one. The old 2 factor through the google app was fine. Don't fix what isn't broken etc. And on that note, getting to cPanel is a nightmare of clicks compared to previous navigation. Used to be great...horrible ux now as it's too many clicks and page loads galore to get to most things

The fact that the two factor authentication is a call rather than a text or email is incredibly annoying, especially since I'd gone to the trouble of setting up token verification not too long before you made this change. The recent changes to your plans and setups, and the lackluster customer service I've received since has me disenchanted with your service.

Hosting absolutely sucked

Hosting absolutely sucked. Spent HOURS with support trying to get a basic hosting account setup. That was all wasted time. Ended up buying a new domain and hosting with another registrar/ISP that had me setup in minutes. I then had to use BlueHosts extremely slow DNS to point to the new host. Waiting 60 days until I am allowed to transfer the domain completely off BlueHost. I wont be back.

The UI change is one of the worst managed I have ever seen after many years in IT. There are constant changes without much communication. The changes have caused us delays, both for us owners and with our employees. It is taking up way too much time to figure out how to do basic things like accessing your webmail site. Hours and hours wasted in a small company ends up with quite some impact but it also takes time to move everything to another service provider.
Your pricing strategy is very unclear and some of the addons really unnecessary, selling people something they cannot use or don't need.
